Highly Skilled Residential HVAC Installer
Do you have a passion for keeping homes comfortable and the skills to back it up?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation of residential HVAC systems and ensuring exceptional customer service and top-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of new HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
- Install and maintain HVAC rough-ins (experience a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces)
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience in residential HVAC installation
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components
- Experience with setting commercial rooftop units (a plus)
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools (multimeter, gauges, etc.)
- EPA 608 certification (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
