Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Must be coachable
  • Property Casualty license must have or be able to obtain


Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include, but not limited to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Cross-sell products
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
