Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Interim Chief Operations Officer (Banking) Immediate Need!
Our client, a $1B bank in the midwest is seeking an Interim COO. This role can be performed remotely, assisting the bank during the transition period of identifying a new COO. This role can be on a part time or full-time basis. The interim COO will be the point person for the directors of various departments within the bank and report directly to the CEO. Must have strong expertise in Retail Operations, Marketing, HR, Compliance, Community Outreach, Information Technology and Internal Audit.
- Experience working with a bank near 1BN in asset size is ideal.
- Must be ok with travel to client site if needed.
- There is a possibility of being hired directly if open to relocation to Oklahoma City.
