Overview
As a Contract Development Intern at Acxiom, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our proven Contract Development professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the Contract Development field. The Contract Development team provides a rich learning experience for our interns, ensuring that you have the resources and support necessary to excel in your role.
**Internship details:**
+ This internship opportunity will begin January 13, 2025.
+ Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas.
+ 20-25/week during the semester work dedication, 40 hours/week during summer and breaks
+ Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 – May 2026
+ Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science, Business or English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows Office tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ software
• Strong organizational skills
• Elevated communication skills and ease in working with individuals.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve optimally.
**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct research and assist in the preparation of contract development documentation.
• Support contract development in drafting and reviewing simple contracts, agreements, and other documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with business, legal and finance requirements, as applicable.
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes for reference.
• Provide general administrative support to the contract development team.
