Acxiom is looking for a new member to join our Data Center Planner Team. You will work with a high energy team to conceptualize, roadmap, and execute plans for a highly professional data center environment. You could be someone looking for an entry position for data center planning and data cable management or a fulfilling career in the industry. **Internship details:**
+ The internship will begin on January 16, 2024
+ Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible.
+ Up to 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester
+ Anticipated graduation date no sooner than August 2024
**What you will do:**
+ Data center raised floor planning
+ Planning for movement of IT hardware within the data center
+ Physical space planning for IT hardware allocations
+ Environmental (power and cooling) planning for IT hardware allocations
+ DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tool administration
+ Vendor management
+ Account, architecture, and network team collaboration
+ Data cable environment
+ Planning and implementation of data cable infrastructure within data centers and office space
+ Trouble shooting for data cable infrastructure
+ Telecommunications vendor interactions and management
**Who are we seeking:**

+ High stress timeline activities
+ Physical ability to access underneath raised floor, including but not limited to bending, kneeling, and extending arms up to 24 inches below the raised floor
**What you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s of Computer Science
+ Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically Excel
