Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to assist our Human Resource Engagement & Inclusion team. As an intern, you will help us better meet the needs of HR, our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Acxiom. If you enjoy and have experience with planning events and programs, value inclusion and community engagement, and have a track record of success, this opportunity may be for you!
**Internship details:**
+ The internship will begin during the spring semester
+ Interns will work **on-site** in Conway
+ 20-25/week during the semester, 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks
+ Anticipated graduation date May 2025 – December 2025
+ Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
**What you will do:**
+ Provide assistance on DEI projects and programs
+ Partner with Engagement Team to coordinate and implement onsite and virtual associate engagement events and programs including, but not limited to volunteer events, holiday parties, fun games and socials
+ Handle business resource group (BRG) schedules
+ Partner and communicate effectively with collaborators
+ Be an ambassador for crafting a positive and motivation workplace culture with an engaged workforce.
+ Assist with organizing, managing, and distributing internal swag.
+ Assist with DEI Newsletter content
+ Other duties as designated by the Director of Engagement & Inclusion
**What you will need:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
+ Attention to detail and outstanding time-management skills as well as the ability to work in a high-productivity workplace.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
+ Strong collaboration
+ Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Project management and event planning skills: strategically implement programs/offerings end-to-end
