**Department Details**
Intern will get to spend time with Analyst, Administrator and Developer positions on the team to better understand the opportunities that existing within Application Support. Team Lead will be their constant point of contact and guide them with setting schedule and learning opportunities. Will get exposed to ITIL support practices that are leveraged within Technology Solutions.
**Job Summary**
Focus on applications support for Service Management platforms used at Sanford including workflow automation, application administration and basic development requests depending on skill level.
Contribute to Sanford operations and processes while obtaining first hand experiences that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Work collaboratively with organization leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality healthcare. Assist in the completion of projects and administrative duties while developing skills related to the assigned function and/or location. Attend training and development opportunities, learning about various processes and functions within the organization.
**Qualifications**
Current enrollment or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
Software development experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
