Overview
The Proposal Content Manager Intern plays a key role in the management of client facing proposal content assets for Acxiom’s Sales Support teams. In this role, you will support these teams by ensuring compelling content assets are created for our prioritized list of products & services as well as manage our internal content governance review process for ongoing content updates. The proposal content manager will also manage Qvidian, our internal proposal library tool and ensure we are optimizing tool functionality to drive efficiencies in our RFP response process.
**Internship Details:**
+ This internship will begin on January 16, 2024
+ This internship will be located in our Conway, AR office.
+ You will be expected to work at least 20 hours/week and will have the ability to work up to 40 hours during school breaks
**What you will do:**
+ Responsible for content management for client facing proposals which includes management of Qvidian, our internal proposal content platform.
+ Qvidian content management includes ensuring legal/privacy reviews of new content, loading of new content into the tool, management of library folders & organization, setting up and maintaining of content record properties, managing the content review process, archival of expired content assets, communicating content changes to the team, and tracking/reporting on the usage of content assets.
+ Proposal Content Manager will collaborate directly with product marketing and product management to ensure compelling content is created for external proposal use. In addition, they will ensure existing content is updated on an on-going basis to ensure proposal content assets are on brand and reflective of current GTM messaging.
**What you will need:**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, Project Management, or Technical Writing with a minimum 3.25 GPA
+ Strong writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Collaborative work style, working cross-functionally to produce on-time, on-target content that drives results
+ Self-Starter with ability to operate and take action in a hybrid work environment
+ Strong attention to detail and process. Well organized with strong project management skills
