Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst Intern will assist the Global Sales Operations team in supporting Acxiom’s CRM platform, Salesforce.com. You will utilize business intelligence tools to provide measurable insights to Acxiom’s US industry verticals.

**Internship details:**

+ The internship will begin in July 2024

+ This internship will be located in the Conway, AR office

+ 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks and 20-25/week during the semester

+ Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 – December 2025

+ Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

**What you will do:**

+ **Training:**

+ You will receive on-the-job training of the client’s business, Salesforce.com, Clari and other business tools as used by our team

+ **Business Intelligence:**

+ Complete or monitor organizational functions or processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations

+ Produce and analyze financial reporting and measurement activities

+ Assist with analyzing sales trends and performance, develop and produce performance metrics dashboards and operational packages in an effort to identify areas of improvements and drive resolution

+ **Process Improvement:**

+ Track processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Implement procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency

+ Participate in the sales process, forecasting, pipeline management and performance; perform account planning; measure key processes as defined by the business

+ **Administrative Support:**

+ Assist with data hygiene and validation of the data contained within Salesforce.com and other financial reports the team uses

+ Assist with basic SFDC administrative support such as account and contact reassignments

**What you will need:**

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing or a related field

+ You thrive in a team environment and are self-motivated, but can also be deeply attentive to details.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

+ Demonstrable ability to synthesize information into meaningful insights and contribution to both crafting and implementing business strategies

+ Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills both with internal teams and external contacts
