Workplace Experience technicians provide technical support to Acxiom associates through a variety of channels including ServiceNow, Email, Slack, and Phone, and function as incident coordinators and problem owners throughout the lifecycle of an incident.

**Job Description**

Acxiom’s A+Team is looking for a motivated, effective, and hardworking Helpdesk Technician with a blend of strong customer service skills and technical support experience to provide technical support to Acxiom associates and/or external clients through a variety of channels including ServiceNow, Email, Slack, and Phone, and function as incident coordinators and problem owners throughout the lifecycle of an incident. This role will be encouraged to provide top technical support for computer and network related incidents, requests, or issues!

**Internship Details:**

+ This internship will begin May 20th, 2024.

+ This internship will be based in the Conway, AR office

+ Anticipated graduation date will be May 2025 until December 2025

+ You will be expected to work 20-29 hours during regular semester and you can work up to 40 hours during school breaks

**What you will do:**

+ Provide first level support via online/automated phone and email communications

+ Analyze sales trends and performance; develop and produce performance metrics dashboards and operational packages to identify areas of improvements and drive resolution

+ Partner with associates across the company to ensure a detailed experience for our internal and external customers

+ Act as the incident coordinator by providing regular updates through the incident lifecycle

**What you will need:**

+ Experience supporting or exposure to software or web-based products preferred in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment

+ A Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, or equivalent experience in relevant coursework

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

+ Confirmed ability to clearly and efficiently interact and engage with customers in a friendly and affable manner via multiple channels (Slack, phone, email)

+ The ability to demonstrate and exercise discernment using procedures and practices to take the appropriate course of action.

+ Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

+ Passionate about customers and helping them reach their goals.

+ Committed to provide an outstanding customer experience and eagerness to get the job done!

+ Process driven to ensure successful customer interactions and issue resolution
