Norwood is looking for an IP/OP Educator for a contract-to-hire position with a large University Health System, Trauma and Teaching Facility.

Length of Assignment: 6 months to convert
Pay Rate: $49/hr
Required Credentials: RHIT or CCS or RHIA
EMR/Encoder: EPIC/3m360
Schedule: Flex

Hiring States: Lower 48 states, cannot hire from California
Additional Details: Departmental restructure, will be responsible for helping get new hires ramped up and developed within the team, will be helping to create new education initiatives for both Inpatient and Outpatient units. Will serve the department as a subject matter expert on all things facility coding. Need expansive knowledge and communication skills
