Position Summary
Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate for aLead Front Office Representative to serve as a resource lead employee for all staff in the front office. Must greet patients, activate patient files, and provide office support to medical and office personnel. It is imperative that the Lead delegate tasks among the office staff to complete these tasks promptly. This person will act as a “floater” and will be able to assist in covering the Front Office for all positions to ensure efficient patient flow.

*Minimum Qualifications***
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum two (2) years of Medical Office experience required. Five (5) years of management experience preferred
