Marketers on Demand is looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator for a great client of ours in the GTA. This position will be responsible for supporting and executing a variety of trainings, events and special projects. This role is a contract position that runs for one year (to start) with a competitive salary and the chance to partner with an industry leader. 
 
 
Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support the operations, logistics, learning outcomes, employee experience, communications and event coordination for a variety of training programs
  • Administer company wide learning and development programs 
  • Work closely with the HR and finance teams to create and monitor budgets 
  • Manage external agencies and vendors 
  • Act as a liaison from the HR team to internal stakeholders 
  • Be available to be on-site during major company trainings, seminars and events 

 
 
Qualifications:
 

  • Background in Human Resources or related field 
  • 1-3 years of similar experience 
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone on Demand, etc. 
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Strong Project Management experience 
  • Strong oral and written communication 

 
 
Please note, this is a hybrid position that requires you to be on-site.
