Marketers on Demand is looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator for a great client of ours in the GTA. This position will be responsible for supporting and executing a variety of trainings, events and special projects. This role is a contract position that runs for one year (to start) with a competitive salary and the chance to partner with an industry leader.Â

Roles and responsibilities:
- Support the operations, logistics, learning outcomes, employee experience, communications and event coordination for a variety of training programs
- Administer company wide learning and development programsÂ
- Work closely with the HR and finance teams to create and monitor budgetsÂ
- Manage external agencies and vendorsÂ
- Act as a liaison from the HR team to internal stakeholdersÂ
- Be available to be on-site during major company trainings, seminars and eventsÂ

Qualifications:
Â
- Background in Human Resources or related fieldÂ
- 1-3 years of similar experienceÂ
- Experience using Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone on Demand, etc.Â
- Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Â
- Strong Project Management experienceÂ
- Strong oral and written communicationÂ
