Overview

We are looking for a caring, full-time, Licensed Insurance Customer Service team member to join our State Farm family, located in Papillion, NE. Must have an active Property and Casualty license and be able to make the commute to our local Papillion agency.

You must be team-oriented and career-minded. We are a close-knit team with a 10 year average member tenure. We offer you the stability of a solid, supportive and cooperative work environment. We work hard, but we also have fun, and the proof of all this is evidenced by our average tenure.

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service everyday.

Requirements

  • Property Casualty license
  • Life and Health license
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
