This position is perfect for someone who wants a life/career balance. We offer the flexibility to come and go when you need (i.e. family activities). As long as you’re getting your work done and are a positive team-player and helpful force within the office. No required nights or weekends, but opportunities are available if you want to work more, in order to increase sales/income.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Benefits:
- 40,000 Base Salary
- Very competitive commission program (a good sales person could make $2k – $3k in monthly sales commission and beyond)
- Simple IRA with 3% match (eligible after 1 year of employment)

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Fire and Auto license (mut be able to obtain)
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
