We’re looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our client’s Lancaster, PA team and help keep their production running smoothly. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and manage their outbound loading schedule to ensure timely shipping of products.
- Collaborate closely with IBP planners, Uber Freight, and the plant production scheduler to adjust and maintain a smooth schedule.
- Adapt quickly to changes in production demands and forecasts.
- Play a key role in on-time loading by understanding our production pipeline and potential changes.
- Report directly to the shipping manager, gaining firsthand experience in logistics coordination.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of basic logistics experience.
- Reliable transportation, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are must-haves.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to work across departments and levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and an eye for detail.
- A background in scheduling and time management will help you excel in this role.

JOB TYPE: 1+ year temporary opportunity
HOURS: 9am-5pm M-F. Some flexibility is needed as this is a 24/7 facility
PAY: $20/hr – health benefits available after 60 days
