*Position Summary:*
Oversees coordination and daily operations of quality management process.
Monitors care of patients within case groups to ensure high quality and cost effective care is provided.
Works with other hospital personnel to assure appropriate and timely discharge planning.

Displays the ability to communicate with other disciplines.

Monitors, assesses patient care for appropriateness of care in hospital environment effectively.

Demonstrates the ability to plan, arrange and continually monitor caseload for discharge need via treatment plan with other disciplines.

*Minimum Education*
Graduate of a Program in Discipline – Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) – to be obtained within 30 days

*Minimum Work Experience*
Two years recent related clinical experience preferred with experience in Utilization Review, Quality Improvement and Case Management preferred.
