Graduate of a LPN Program – Required

BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) – Must be obtained within 90 days, if not current upon hire.

Current Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure required

Minimum 3 years experience in acute care nuring, case management or related field required.
