Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of LPN for our Physicians Practices Department. This job is permanent, full time.

*Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:*
* Under the direction of the physician, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the physician.
* Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer
medication. Documents patient care given.
* Assists physician with development of plan of care.
* Monitors, documents, and communicates patient’s status and reactions to interventions with physician, patient, and families.
* Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
*Completion of LP/LV Nurse program (Diploma or Associate’s):*

*Limited Liability Radiography Certification:*

*Required Licenses:*
[Tennessee, United States] Licensed Practical Nurse
LPN/LVN License in the State of TN or another compact state
