Overview
The LPN as supervised and delegated by the RN, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the RN.
Full-Time, 7p-7a. Current TN LPN licensure. Practical Nursing Diploma required. Six months to one year experience as LPN in medical/surgical unit preferred. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment, ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of employment. IV Therapy certification preferred.
