Overview
As supervised and delegated by the RN, the LPN provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by the RN.
PRN, work as needed. Current TN LPN licensure. Practical Nursing Diploma required. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment. ACLS required within 12 months of employment. Six months to one year experience with psychiatric/behavioral patients.
