As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice of Wound Care

*Minimum Education*
Graduate of a Program in Discipline (LPN) – Required

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.

BLS certification from approved American Heart Association training center required to be current upon hire.

Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure – Required. Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref: Chapter 1000-02 – .15 LPN Scope of Practice) – Preferred
