Overview
**Description**
Under direction and collaboration with the management team focuses on daily management of behavioral health operations. Supervises personnel and coordinates activities of the team. May be assigned to special projects consistent with strategic, fiscal, and operational goals/targets. Assists with business plans, fiscal accountability, and clinical and resource utilization. Fosters change and teamwork. Performs clinical duties of the care role related to professional specialty, as required. Ensures the clinical team utilizes all electronic medical records systems to state, federal, and providence guidelines.

**Hours: Full Time, 1.0, Day, 40 Hours per Week**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree in Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field.
+ Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire. Or
+ Alaska Professional Counselor License upon hire. Or
+ Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire. Or
+ Alaska Psychologist License upon hire.
+ 3 years of Behavioral health or social services experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2 years of recent clinical supervisory experience.
