**Description**

**Providence is seeking a Manager Information Technology:**

The Information Technology Manger evaluates, plans, organizes, manages, improves processes in the delivery of support and service to our business and clinical staff across Providence. Provides a positive, supportive work environment and leadership using the goals and objectives of Providence. Promotes and encourages a positive team environment that empowers employees to act effectively and cause change. Evaluates and recommends optimizations to processes and offers suggestions for new approaches to enhance the service experience and service levels. Establishes performance metrics of the staff with responsibility for metrics being sustained to meet service levels. Escalates critical issues, problems or delays in production, projects or any other issues that have an impact on caregivers or service levels. Oversees the development and performance of staff to ensure the department has both the technical and organizational skills to effectively maintain operations and support. Conducts and oversees evaluations. Resolves disciplinary problems, grievances, and other sensitive personnel matters. Ensure established procedures, policies and protocols are being followed by all remote service delivery staff.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Information Services or equivalent educ/experience.

+ 3 years Leadership experience.

+ 5 years Related IT experience.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Preferred within 2 years of hire: ITIL Foundations.

+ Preferred within 2 years of hire: HDI Support Center Team Lead.
