Overview
**Description**
Serve as core leader with responsibility and supervision of the sleep and scheduling caregivers. Oversees daily operations of sleep center. Performs routine and complex diagnostic procedures including diagnostic procedures, MSLTs, and other polysomnographic procedures. Supports the director in administering the departmental functions of this department. Other supervisory duties include scheduling, performance evaluation, timekeeping and employee relations.

**Required qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or a related field Or equivalent educ/experience
+ Upon hire: National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist – Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists Or
+ Upon hire: National Certified Polysomnographic Technician – Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists Or
+ Upon hire: National Sleep Disorders Specialty – National Board for Respiratory Care
+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
+ 5 years of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist in an AASM Accredited Sleep Center.
+ 3 years of Progressively responsible leadership as a supervisor or manager in a Sleep Lab program.
