*Manager Talent Acquisition*

As a*Manager Talent Acquisition*, you will beresponsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the Health Support Center recruitment, including providing leadership and guidance to the team. This position will partner with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to understand current and future workforce needs and develop improvements to processes.

*Responsibilities:*

Lead, manage, and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that all recruiting activities are aligned with the goals of the organization.

Assess and monitor recruiting lifecycle activities including hiring and onboarding procedures with the goal of continuous process improvement.

Lead and coach the talent acquisition team to ensure performance objectives are achieved.

Utilize knowledge of compensation and human resources to effectively partner with COEs.

Evaluate current and ongoing systems ensuring consistency and alignment with regulatory compliance.

Develop metrics and tracking mechanisms to quantify results, guide future performance and enhance candidate experience.

Partner with leaders and hiring managers to identify current workforce staffing needs and forecast future needs.

Builds trusted partnerships throughout the organization in support of the recruiting function.

Works closely with the HR Technology team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and uses data analysis to drive deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels that include all compliance and reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and search firms setting expectations and upholding standards within budget.

Regular and reliable attendance.
