Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.
We are looking to hire and train a new High-Powered Call Center Agent at our Pembroke, Massachusetts office. We are will to train from ground up. No prior experience needed.
We are looking for someone with prior “Phone-Hammering Boiler Room Mentality” Commission Success hungry Caller mindframe!  Handles all incoming emails and calls to help market our company and schedule appointments for our outside sales team, and you receive additional bonus commission on top of your hourly pay. Â
We need someone that has the motivation to make 200-300 calls a day and can be trained on the rest of the sales system for inside marketing and calling.Â
Qualification: Some preferred but not required skills:
- A qualified applicant will have excellent computer knowledge and Microsoft, Office Phone Transfer KnowledgeÂ
- Customer service experienceÂ
- Be available to work evenings and weekendsÂ
- Be able to resolve conflicts and issues
Base salary at $18 per hour based on competitive hourly pay plus commission. Room for advancement. Benefit would be fuel costs, or hotel stay included for some events. Â
