The Marketing Design Specialist reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, and is located in Mansfield, MA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
TriMark USA is looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to fill the role of Marketing Design Specialist. This position will participate in development, execution, and delivery of select creative initiatives, optimization of digital platforms and participation in marketing projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively to ensure a consistent, integrated experience that meets brand standards
- Contribute to the development of marketing concepts and creative initiatives for digital and print campaigns
- Produce marketing creative such as presentation, flyers, emails, digital ads, newsletters, and other materials that align with the brand
- Develop, manage, and update projects, marketing materials and digital channel programs in accordance with corporate standards
- Ensure designs communicate consistent and effective experiences across all touchpoints
- Optimize company websites by helping to create and publish business driven content
- Responsible for proper project archiving and file management including organized version control and draft management
- Overall creative design support to TriMark marketing teams and various departments for all online/offline brand and product related initiatives
- Help identify opportunities to push our brand into new and exciting areas
- Participate in team execution of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Oversee communications and relationships with outside contractors and vendors as needed
- Participate in production of print and digital flyers / catalogs, emails, newsletters, and other materials that align with the brand
- Participate in team execution of marketing and ecommerce strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Proficiency in Office 365 programs and template creation (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with the current marketing trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and procedures
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as an integral part of our team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of content management systems and some ability to read/write HTML and CSS
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working on several different projects/tasks at once where creativity and strategic thinking were key
- Additional Adobe programs experience (Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Libraries & Express) preferred
- Familiarity with HubSpot templates preferred
- Familiarity working with and expanding on Design Systems preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager components and/or content authoring preferred
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
