Overview
The Consulting Practice Leader will be an expert in understanding both technical and business strategies and solutions that drive data & technology business transformation opportunities for marketing. Core tenets will include data and analytics solutions, AdTech and MarTech platforms, modern data architectures, and applications of AI/ML in media and measurement.
The ideal executive will have a thorough understanding of the major AdTech and MarTech partners in the space (such as Snowflake, AWS, Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, LiveRamp). He/she will have the thought leadership around evolving regulations around privacy that are driving innovation and advancements in the marketing industry.
He/she will be comfortable speaking on topics related to insights, measurement, data management technologies (such as CDP, Cloud, Data Clean Room, Commerce, Analytics/BI tools), and identity resolution as it impacts client marketing acquisition and retention strategies (across paid, earned and owned media). As a Subject Matter Expert, he/she will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, agency teams, strategic partners, and clients to create integrated solutions and accelerators that solve client challenges and drive new revenue opportunities for our organization. He/she will be responsible for building a team of consultants in many disciplines.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Guide customers in marketing and digital transformation, understanding where our internal and partner solutions integrate with holistic architecture and strategy
+ Exceptional client leadership and presentation skills
+ Deep ability to translate business challenges to technical requirements
+ Ability to lead client workshops and consulting projects
+ Conduct discovery meetings to collect, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements during the sales cycle to support the implementation team and produce a detailed solution proposal
+ Shape a vision and set a strategic business plan for identity business and functionality based on market and technical trends/demands
+ Ability to define key customer requirements with the ability to lead on both strategy and execution
+ Understand the technical requirements of our clients and have the commercial acumen to effectively liaison with the partner ecosystem, internal product, engineering & delivery teams to achieve client requests and provide capabilities associated with fulfillment:
+ Strong understanding of modern data architectures
+ Marketing intelligence and analytics solutions
+ 1st party data management and personalization
+ Activation layer associated with the execution of marketing programs from engagement marketing through paid digital media
+ Ability to communicate strategy and resource needs effectively across organizational and technical boundaries
+ External evangelist in the marketplace as an executive sponsor, technical leader, and sales engineer
+ Should have a strong network of relationships in order to recruit and develop skilled like-minded individuals
**What You Will Have:**
+ BA/BS or equivalent work experience
+ 12+ years of solution consulting experience
+ 5+ years of agency, brand or AdTech/MarTech vendor experience preferred
+ Prior experience working with enterprise clients to enable strategy and process at a global scale
+ Skilled at building senior relationships and delivering high-impact work to clients
+ Interest and experience in marketing technology and using the technology to strengthen the value accretive business strategy and transformation efforts for clients
+ Strong understanding of data and technology platforms
+ Experience with cloud-based architectures (such as Salesforce Customer 360, Adobe Real Time CDP, Snowflake, AWS, LiveRamp and Google Cloud Platform)
+ Flexible with the ability to keep up with a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
+ Experience as mature problem solver, comfortable developing and working to different solution types and scopes
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and lead projects across multiple teams and functions
+ 15+ years of cumulative experience with a focus on data-driven marketing services and/or Daas, expertise and managed service experience
+ 10+ years of leadership and management experience
+ Proven ability to build, grow and manage a P&L
+ Possesses “rolodex” of clients that can supplement those brought in by company sales teams
+ Ability to effectively navigate and operate within an internal and external client matrix environment with keen focus on our competitive benefits and advantages
+ Strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to have fun while working under pressure
+ Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
