**Job Summary**
Supports the Occupational Medicine department which provides services to local employers and their employees. Coordinates, schedules and responsible for the paperwork for DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, job site flu shot clinics and other healthcare needs of employers. Performs drug tests and hearing tests, coordinates appointments with Physical Therapists and Family Medicine Physicians/APPs. Supports the Occupational Medicine department, and is the primary contact for employers requesting services such as DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, job site flu shot clinics and other healthcare needs of employers. Handle phone calls and emails from employers, coordinates, schedules between several clinic departments to complete all of the exams employers request/require. Responsible for the paperwork and online forms received from employers and assuring results are promptly communicated. Performs drug & alcohol testing and hearing tests. Fast paced work environment. Receives guidance, technical support and pricing guidelines from the enterprise level of Sanford’s Occ Med department. Reports to the local Clinic Director.
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Post secondary education or equivalent training in a healthcare or business related field is preferred.
One year of applicable experience.
