$24-$28, DOE 

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating motor graders and be familiar with various types of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate and maintain motor grader equipment in a safe and efficient manner
– Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
– Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
– Adjust equipment controls to regulate height and angle of the grader blade
– Ensure proper grading and leveling of surfaces according to project specifications
– Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
– Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
– Follow all safety regulations and guidelines on the job site
– Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience operating motor graders
– Knowledge of construction industry and practices
– Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Valid driver's license and clean driving record
– Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
