Responsibilities:

• Operate a motor grader to grade surfaces and level earth.

• Read and interpret grade stakes and blueprints.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures.

• Monitor and adjust motor grader blade as needed.

• Maintain and repair motor grader, as necessary.

• Interpret and follow instructions from supervisor.

• Ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience operating heavy machinery, including motor graders.

• Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and blueprints.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

• Knowledge of motor grader maintenance and repair.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
