Overview
Responsible for assisting the Director and other Information Services staff with financial and administrative duties. Works in collaboration with Human Resources to assist in user onboarding/offboarding. Responsible for departmental equipment and supply inventory.
Required Skills: · 2 years of experience in an administrative office role (preferably in a hospital or information services setting). · Proficiency with Microsoft Office. · Proficiency with Windows-based computers. · Knowledge of basic financial operations including invoicing, quoting, and accruals. · Excellent attention to detail. Associates degree Required.
