**Job Summary**
Assists the ophthalmologist in examinations, diagnosis and treatment of visual system problems to improve patient’s visual status. Conducts screening and technical diagnostic tests. Assists the ophthalmologist in treatment procedures and in the preparation of clinic based, minor surgery procedures. Advanced skills in ophthalmic testing, ophthalmic surgical evaluation and clinic based procedures.
