IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Supply Chain Manager – Supply & Production to join one of our esteemed clients in Dallas, TX. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Oracle Supply Chain Manager – Supply & Production:

  • Lead and manage Oracle SCM projects, focusing on Supply and Production Planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Oracle SCM solutions with business objectives
  • Mentor and develop team members' expertise in Oracle Supply Chain functionalities
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies when implementing or managing Oracle SCM solutions
  • This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension

Required Skills for Oracle Supply Chain Manager – Supply & Production:

  • Extensive experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a strong focus on Supply and Production Planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proven track record in leading Oracle SCM projects and managing supply and production processes within a complex or global environment
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement principles
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience collaborating across departments and managing project teams
