IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Supply Chain, Planning Backlog Manager to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities:
– Configure Oracle Supply Planning to effectively match supply with demand forecasts
– Oversee and resolve backlog issues, aligning inventory and production to meet customer demands
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements and align supply chain goals
– Enhance supply planning workflows for operational efficiency and accuracy
– Create documentation and training materials for end-users on backlog management and supply planning
– This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension

Required Skills:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Planning, with a focus on supply-demand planning and backlog management
– Strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules
– Excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and team collaboration abilities
– Preferred: Experience in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) industry and remote consulting experience
