IDR is seeking a Order Management Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Suwanee, GA. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Order Management Coordinator :

  • Analyzing technical manuals and wiring schematics to accurately answer customer requests regarding parts and equipment model numbers, compatibility, and other semi-technical questions
  • -Processing customer orders in an accurate and expeditious manner, ensuring Division policies are adhered to
  • Handling confrontational or stressful interactions with customers professionally
  • Investigating and resolving shipment errors, damaged freight, and billing errors, issuing credits when needed
  • Corresponding to all phone and email requests and questions in a professional manner ensuring quality customer care and service

Required Skills for Order Management Coordinator :

  • Bachelor degree, professional certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven planning, problem-solving, and business logic abilities
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Experience in an order management role and comfortable with high volume data entry
