OUTSIDE SALES ENGINEER SOUTH FLORIDA

Enjoy working remotely? ARC Group is currently in search of a dynamic Outside Sales Engineer to join our team, specifically for the South Florida region near Miami. Our client stands out as a leader in the Fire & Safety industry. In the role of Outside Sales Engineer, you will be pivotal in advancing industrial air compressor sales, securing service opportunities, and fostering robust client relationships.

We are looking for the ideal candidate with 1 or more years of experience in industrial air compressor sales. However, individuals with a background in selling industrial boilers and pumps will also be considered.

Outside Sales Engineer Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of industrial air compressor sales. However, someone with experience selling industrial boiler and pumps will be considered.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of relevant courses in selling, customer relations, and technical engineering
  • CAGI training preferred
  • Familiarity with the industry and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Outside Sales Engineer Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overcoming objections and persuading clients to purchase our products
  • Identifying and securing sales and service opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted Solutions Partner
  • Manage leads, activity, and quotes within our CRM
  • Call on past, current, and prospective clients to earn business.
