Overview

Join TriStarr’s non-profit client as a Pantry Coordinator and help ensure smooth operations of their choice pantry and hot lunch program. You will manage inventory, coordinate food donations, organize deliveries, and oversee food distribution, ensuring equitable access and program compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

Pantry Operations: Manage inventory, order food, coordinate donations, organize deliveries, and track pantry inventory.
Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, and implement recognition strategies.
Participant Experience: Ensure a positive, dignified experience for participants, providing personalized assistance.
Quality Assurance: Maintain food quality standards, conduct inspections, ensure health and safety compliance, and utilize data analysis.
Data and Technology Management: Schedule pantry services, perform accurate data entry, and use technology efficiently.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested.

Education and Skills Required:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
– Flexible schedule availability, including occasional nights and weekends.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Demonstrated cultural humility and strong communication skills.
– Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F 8:30am – 4:30pm, Wednesdays 8:30am- 6pm
Pay Rate:$44K
Dress Code: Casual
