Central Carolina Hospital, along with Duke LifePoint are seeking a passionate Paramedic to work in our Emergency Department. With more than 120 physicians and more than 500 employees, the hospital offers a wide range of specialties. Central Carolina Hospital is nestled in the heart of central North Carolina and is located only 40 minutes southwest of Raleigh, the state capital, and just 40 minutes from the gates of Fort Bragg Military base. Our facility will allow you to use, sharpen and add to your paramedic skills without having to commute to a large city environment.
An employee in this class serves as a member of the emergency department. Employee will perform direct patient care under the direction of an emergency physician. Also perform administrative, clerical, and clinical duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures of Central Carolina Hospital, Emergency Department and Central Carolina Advanced Life Support.

High school diploma or GED
*License/Certifications:*
NC AMT Paramedic License
National EMT Paramedic certification is preferred
Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days of hire
Possession of a valid driver’s license
