Overview
The Patient Access Rep is responsible for the accurate registration of all patient seeking access to hospital and wound care services. Assists in upfront collections of time of service. Will also be responsible for answering and transferring calls to the appropriate departments if needed.
Full-Time, day shift. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous clerical, collections and credit experience; knowledge of healthcare accounts receivable billing and collections, experience with automated systems applications.
