*Position Summary:*
Transports patients and equipment safely within the hospital.
Maintains transport equipment and places supplies in appropriate area.

Reports to: Radiology Supervisor
*Minimum Education*
High school diploma or equivalent – Preferred

*Required Skills*
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – to be obtained within 30 days of hire

*Minimum Work Experience*
Ability to move and lift heavy persons and equipment.
Previous clinical experience in a similar environment preferred.
