Description:
- Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
- Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
- Maintain established production and accuracy standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Site Manager
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements:
- 1+ year of payment processing experience -OR- lockbox experience -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility
- High volume data entry
- 2+ years of banking experience is a “plus”
- Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline-oriented environment
- Requires the ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient using 10-key pad
- Must have basic math skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- High school diploma required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
Job Type: Full-time, no more than 40 per week
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
