Overview
Assists in coordinating the eRecruitment functions for Highpoint Health – Riverview and Trousdale. Performs recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment. Performs generalist functions to include employee relations as requested. Works with Riverview/Trousdale People Services Director on assigned projects.
*Minimum Education*
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field – Required
Associates’ Degree considered with equivalent experience.

Must have sufficient working knowledge of People Service and Recruitment. Two (2) years Recruitment experience – Required preferably within a healthcare setting.
