Overview
This position supports the People Services activities for Highpoint Health – Riverview and Highpoint Health – Trousdale. This position is located at Highpoint Health – Riverview in beautiful Carthage, TN. In this position, you are supported by the People Services team for the Highpoint Health with Ascension St. Thomas market. Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and other leadership team members and is responsible for defining, developing and implementing people services initiatives that are consistent with the Systems strategic goals.
*Minimum Education*
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field – Required
*Required Skills*
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
*Minimum Work Experience*
Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Training and Development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
