Position Overview for the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst:
- Play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that optimize inventory management processes and cost efficiencies using PeopleSoft.
- Conduct analysis and assessment of existing inventory and cost management processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide expertise, guidance, and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities related to inventory and cost management.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment of PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management solutions with other business systems.
Required Skills for the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst:
- Proven Experience working as a PeopleSoft functional analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules related to inventory management, cost accounting, and supply chain.
- Clear and concise knowledge of how the products PeopleSoft and third-party applications work technically to solution issues in the production databases.
- Excellent communication and leading skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience or understanding in healthcare preferred.

Compensation Details: $69 – $94/hr W2
