Overview
Coordinates and provides the pharmaceutical care of patients under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
Reports to: Director of Pharmacy

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Candidate pursuing licensure in the Commonwealth of VA as a Registered Pharmacist
Ability to accept on-call assignments and ability to report to the hospital within 60 minutes of notification.
Above average mathematical skills needed.
Working knowledge of Meditech, CPOE, keyboarding and operation of a computer, printer, copier, and fax.
