Fauquier Health Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced, licensed physical therapist to join its team of professionals dedicated to our community. Our outpatient clinic offers several layers of specialty services including Adult, Pediatric, and Women’s health/pelvic floor physical therapy, NDT, Dry needling, and much more.

Bachelor’s Degree or (Physical Therapy Certificate) X Required
Master’s Degree or Doctorate Preferred

Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS)
*Required Licenses*
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia (Required)
