Overview
The PTA, under the supervision of a PT, provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function.
Monitors patient’s responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revision to the physical therapist.
Documents services provided and patient response/progress.
PRN, as needed with on-call rotation. Current TN PTA licensure, BLS required within 90 days of employment. One year clinical experience preferred.
