Overview
**Description**
The Principal ERP Application Analyst uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Finance and IS, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications. Acts as a solution architect or business consultant on complex projects or system for a large multi facility healthcare organization. Addresses topics and issues that are both strategic (long term) and operational (immediate) in nature.

**Occasional travel to attend department and organization meetings is required.**
**Required qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or at least 8 years of functional experience
+ 8 years Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of Enterprise Performance Management (EPBCS, HFM, DRM).
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
+ Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering or a related IS or healthcare field.
+ 3 years experience with implementation or support of HFM and DRM
+ Experience with large scale business transformation and EPM system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.
+ Proven capability to build productive outcomes using networked teams in dynamic organization environments.
